How can I pay my bill?
For your convenience you may pay your bill with Cash, Check, Money Order, or Credit Card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. You may call in your payment by Credit Card from 8:30 - 4:30 pm est. We also offer Automatic withdrawal from your bank account which you can sign up by Clicking the ACH link on the right, downloading the form and returning it to our office.
When is my bill do?
As a customer, your bill for service with Eastpoint Water and Sewer District is due on the 10th of every month.
What happens if I don't pay by the 10th?
If you do not pay by the 10th you will be charged a $5.00 late fee if you pay between the 11th to the 20th of the month.
What happens if I don't pay by the 20th?
If you fail to pay your bill by the 20th of the month, a $20.00 late fee will be added to your bill and you will be sent a Shut off Notice with a disconnect date. Payment is due BEFORE the disconnect date.
What happens if I don't pay by disconnect date?
If you fail to pay buy the disconnect date your meter will be turned off and locked. A $30.00 processing and reconnect fee will be added to your bill that morning and your full balance will be due to reinstate service. Payment MUST be made by 3:00 pm est. for same day service reinstatement. The $30.00 is added on the morning of cutoffs whether you meter is locked no not.
What happens if my check is returned?
If you write a check and it is returned for Non-Sufficient Funds, you will be assessed a $40.00 returned check fee and you must pay the full balance in cash. After three returned checks you will be placed on a cash only basis for payments.
The Eastpoint Water and Sewer District allows for 5 payment extensions per calendar year. If you are not able to pay your bill before the cut off date please fill out the form below requesting a payment extension. Please include the date that you will be able to pay and fill out all fields.
